These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vsbdt platform, including the website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet on vsbdt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

vsbdt is an online betting and casino platform designed to serve the Bangladesh market. The Platform provides cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and fish shooting titles. All services are offered for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users only.

vsbdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current conditions of use.

To register and use the vsbdt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by vsbdt or any other responsible gaming registry.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of vsbdt or any company in the same corporate group.

To access the full functionality of the vsbdt Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your vsbdt account:

• All registration information must be accurate and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details.
• Each individual may register only one account. If vsbdt discovers that you have created duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and not share access with any third party.
• vsbdt may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification at any stage — including before processing withdrawals, after receiving a certain level of cumulative deposits, or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• vsbdt reserves the right to decline a registration application, close an unverified account, or request additional identity documentation at any time and without prior notice.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. vsbdt will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action on an inactive account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be preserved and returned to the account holder upon verified request.

All financial transactions on vsbdt are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the primary and recommended payment methods for Bangladesh players. Transactions are processed directly between your wallet and your vsbdt account.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other Bangladesh-based banks. Bank transfer processing times may be longer than mobile wallet transactions.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vsbdt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawing to a different method requires additional verification.
• vsbdt reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account has outstanding unmet wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

Funds deposited to a vsbdt account must be used for wagering on the Platform. vsbdt accounts are not interest-bearing accounts and are not bank accounts. Deposited funds are held in trust for wagering purposes only.

vsbdt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are accounted for separately. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets before bonus conversion.
• vsbdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, and to determine whether any player's conduct constitutes abuse of a promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion period unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in the disqualification of all associated accounts.
• vsbdt promotions are available to Bangladesh players only, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh may be ineligible for some or all promotions.

vsbdt takes a dim view of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, using automated tools to farm bonuses, and registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly. These practices may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on the vsbdt Platform, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and fish shooting titles:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. vsbdt will not cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where the event is cancelled, postponed, or where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
• Where an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. Partial event completion may result in pro-rated settlement as outlined in the applicable sport rules.
• Odds offered by vsbdt on sports markets are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• vsbdt uses certified game content from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RNG (Random Number Generator) systems used in all casino and slot games are independently tested. vsbdt does not modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on a player's screen and the outcome recorded on vsbdt's servers, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes.

vsbdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all eligible players. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after a change request.
• Session time reminders: Configure a session duration alert so the Platform notifies you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting vsbdt support. Self-exclusion blocks access to all wagering features for the duration specified.
• Reality checks: The Platform displays session duration and net wagering activity at regular intervals to help players maintain awareness of their gambling behaviour.

vsbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including providing false registration information, creating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that vsbdt reasonably believes constitutes a violation of applicable law.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including age requirements.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.

Where an account is closed by vsbdt for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity, subject to completed verification.

All content on the vsbdt Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, data, and game content — is the intellectual property of vsbdt or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vsbdt.

The vsbdt brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of vsbdt. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vsbdt's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• vsbdt is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• vsbdt is not responsible for interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider outages, telecommunications failures, or events outside vsbdt's reasonable control.
• vsbdt does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vsbdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

vsbdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vsbdt uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. While vsbdt takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, no electronic transmission is entirely free from risk. You are responsible for ensuring your own device security.

vsbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, vsbdt will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the vsbdt Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vsbdt's operating jurisdiction. vsbdt operates as a safe and reliable platform and complies with applicable data protection and consumer protection standards in the markets it serves.
